We are. And last year I found by accident several RTS customers. It was great to talk to them and the RTS staff.

I get to go this year for the first time ever! My boss has been the past few years. I'm really excited about the experience, and I am eager to talk w/ the RTS staff and some fellow users. Can anyone tell me, is there enough time on the convention trade floor to talk w/ someone face-to-face about the software? I know that it's a busy week filled w/ activities, but one of the main reasons for me going is to learn about the RTS software some more and explore all of its features. Will I have time for some good conversation too?

Pretend you are a future customer and not a present one. Big Grin

Okay, I was only kidding. I am sure they will be glad to meet you and will be happy to talk to you about the software and hardware. Be sure to bring us back details on the NEW version that Nicole mentioned!

Actually we love to meet our customers present and future. (Except Jason, now I am just kidding) We will be at booth number 1121. We are usually extremely busy but I will be more than happy to take as much time as possible to go over the software with you. Will you be there for all three days? It will be really nice to meet you! And to see the rest of you as well!! (Even Jason if he can make it)

Nicole,

I have so many questions b/c I'm trying to explore a lot of different areas at once one being an Internet connection and the other being the mag cards. Have had a lot on my plate this week as I prepare. Eek Since I've never been to ShowEast before, do you know if there is time off the showroom floor for us to talk if you don't have time for all of my questions? Yes, I will be there all three days...it might take that long. I will try to post a few of them here tomorrow (Fri) and hopefully reduce the number I ask at the show. Spent the whole day today going over the software and the mag cards. Thanks for all of your help.

Megan: Feel free to ask your questions here also. We will be glad to help if we can and may be able to give different insights on things such as mag card programs, etc.

Have fun at ShowEast Smile

Here we go, as promised and this probably is like a shot in the foot. Rob, I have been commisioned by several fine women in your employ to suggest the implementation of some -how should we say this..."more formal" RTS business type suits for them when attending finer functions such as the closing banquet at Showeast. Oh...and I really think they want you to spring for them. Great seeing all you guys at the show, and fun closing that place down!!

I hear that "Rumor Has It" was the hit of Showeast.

I just wanted to say thanks to all of you that came by and saw us at Show East. It was so nice to meet you (and see some of you again.) I hope that you all enjoyed yourselves in "sunny" Florida.

Lance,
Thanks for the support. Smile It was very nice to see you there too. You should get Marcy on here to share her story of Shirley Maclaine

Looney2ns,
Rumor Has It was fantastic! I think that it will do really well. I wasn’t able to attend the screening of Walk the Line but I heard that it was equally well done.

Megan,
I hope you enjoyed your first convention. It was a pleasure to meet you, and I hope that we were able to go through most of your questions, please let me know when you have your internet connection up and we will take things from there.

I agree at banquets RTS personnel should not have to wear their uniforms. Besides looking more like the rest of the crowd you might be able to introduce yourselves easier.

I will be bringing my new Operations Manager this year. It is important to have her meet all the fine folks at RTS as well as our suppliers. Any news on what night might be good at the lobby bar?

The schedule for this year seems to be pretty full, so the best time to get together would seem to be around 11pm on Monday Oct. 15th.

If this time is not suitable, and you have specific questions you would like to see answered, stop by the booth and we will try to arrange another time to meet with you.

Another memorable time at showeast. I was excited to see some of the new things in store or already in place in RTS. I am very interested in putting the schedule on a lcd monitor. Thanks so much to Rob and Jesse, Mary and Gareth for explaining the new solutions and for welcoming my new Operations Manager, Ashley.
See you next year!
