Addition of Advertising Banners to RTN

We are currently experimenting with having ad banners on the RTN pages for Internet Ticketing.

The costs of maintaining RTN grow every year as more and more people make a habit of buying Internet Tickets, and the addition of the ads will hopefully make it so that we do not have to start charging a license fee for Internet Ticketing through RTN.

If you do not wish to have the banners on the pages that handle ticketing for your theatre we have an API available that can be used to build your own Internet Ticketing pages to interact with the Point-of-Sale system at the theatre. This API is tied to the Movietickets.com license fee structure, so the current cost is $500/yr/location. If you are already a Movietickets.com customer, the API is available to you immediately.

Please remember that this API will require web site development knowledge, not just knowledge of basic HTML. RTS does not build sites for customers using the API, you will need to secure the services of a web development company.

If you have any questions, please email support, post here, or call Tech Support.

Thanks
