We recently had one of our female assistant managers get married. So her name changed. Our settings for management are locked in and as a result her name does not come up on the password list of employees. We need to change her name in the system, but have not been able to figure out how. Can anyone shed any light on this, or do we need to just set her up under her new name and as a result a new password? Thanks, Theatres of Georgetown

You must have a password level of 10001 to have their name appear on the list and to Edit User.

Log on with a user that's 10001. Go to Setup>Password. Her name will be in the list. Choose her name then Edit User. You can then change her name and/or password.

You should always have at least one 10001 in the system. The <Default> user should always remain at level 10001 and the password changed and stored.
