Since we are having some problems with our internet ticketing, I was looking for someone else who used internet ticketing to see if it is our problem or a problem with the internet tickeing site itself. (I finally found one--Thanks Jeff.)And yes, it's our problem, not the internet ticketing site.
Anyway,after going through a lot of the profiles, I realized that very few of you have your URL's listed in your profiles. Do you have a specific reason for this or did they just not get entered when you filled out your profile?

I think a lot of us just entered the basic information needed to get logged in at the beginning, since these forums are the holy grayle for information on updates to the RTS software, but I agree with you that by updating or profile information, everyone could get a better view of each others operations.
