is there a way to trace a previous online sale? I know the receipt number, but don't see anywhere to look it up like there is with Mag Cards..

Depending on what information you are looking for, you can go to (from the selling screen) Menu -> Pickup Tickets. Click the "Advanced Pickup Search" button and you can then search for all internet tickets, picked up tickets, not picked up, etc, for certain dates.

If you need to know what the tickets were for, you can match the receipt number to the sales log for that date.
